Order Regarding Further Disclosure of Information, In re Carter W. Page, a U.S. Person

The government reported disclosures of information acquired through electronic surveillance and physical search under the Page FISA dockets to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri and the District of Columbia. Id. at 1. The government also anticipated disclosing this material to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Id. The Court ordered the government take steps to dispossess the Attorney’s Offices of the Page FISA information and to report to the Court completion of these steps by December 21, 2020. Id. at 2.
