The Court denied the defendants’ motions to suppress the fruits of the FISA surveillance, finding that the “electronic surveillance was lawfully authorized and conducted.” 553 F. Supp. at 1200. The Court further found that employment of FISA did not violate Fifth Amendment due process rights or First Amendment rights of defendants. Id. at 1192-93, 94-95.
