“FISA electronic surveillance at issue was lawfully authorized and legally conducted.” 2010 WL 4705159, at *2. “Because disclosure of the materials is unnecessary for the Court to determine the legality of the collection, Defendant's Motion for Disclosure is denied.” Id. at 3. “Because FISA, both on its face and as applied to Defendant, does not violate the Fourth Amendment, Defendant's Motion to Suppress Electronic Surveillance Evidence Collected Pursuant to FISA is denied.” Id. at 5.
